At Biodance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
